Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Please note that   during busy seasons, your order may take between 5-7 days to process. Expect   an email within 3-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business   days. We use An Post standard Delivery and An Post Priority Delivery. A flat   rate shipping/processing fee of €4.00 applies to orders shipping to Ireland   and €7.00 to orders shipping UK & Europe. 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND   ESTIMATES:  

We offer €4.20 flat rate shipping to Ireland.

Your order may be subject to import duties and   taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your   destination country. Leafy South Designs is not responsible for these charges   if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery,   if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the   full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in   any way, please email us as soon as possible at leafysouthdesigns@gmail.com   with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these   on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory   solution.
